For many of our TIKVOT participants, stepping into a gym isn’t just about physical training — it’s about reclaiming control, rebuilding identity, and returning to a sense of normal life.
At TIKVOT, we encourage our participants to reintegrate training alongside able-bodied athletes.
In the gym, they push past limitations, rediscover their strength, and prove — to themselves and others — that their injury does not define them.
The process is gradual, often challenging, but filled with small victories: lifting a little more, moving a little better.
